Run Flat Tires

I was planning to lease the 330xi - clearly a superior car over all in its class. But the BMW maintenance does not cover tires. I have heard these tires get only 25000 max and they cannot be repaired if you have a flat. This can get pricey since they are about $165 each from TireRack. The Dealer says there is nothing he can do. Is this true? Or can a different dealer be pushed into providing tire warranty.
