Thanks guys....I did open the Door panel...and found that the clips were indeed broken. I picked up new slips from the dealer and attempted to hook them up - however this is whats happening....the clips arent going into the knob within the regulator arm properly...as a result the regulator knob keeps coming out of the slips. Does this mean I have to adjust the regulator arm...? How do I do that?
