Hmm... That certainly looks purple to me, too. What's more, it looks correct, as in the way I remember them looking. Keith, would you agree that pantone 268 looks like the purple in that picture? I just wonder about the absence of color balancing here. If you look in the Bentley ///M book, most of the pics are balanced, with a few exceptions, like the M1 car, and a few engine pics of the EVO with the white background and motorsport stripes. The balanced pix seem to prefer to make the badges look blue... and the badges I got from the dealer for the boot-lid are blue. My steering wheel badge is definitely purple, as are my seat badges, but I assumed they were sun-afflicted.

I will definietly be doing some research as I decide if whether or not I'll be doing some small Ebay business with these badges.

BTW, I also found out that my guy has ties with a fella that makes "stickers" like the silverado badge on the B-pillar on the truck. Looks like a puffy clear sticker with the lettering buried beneath 2mm or so of clear polymer. I'm interested in making so other badges, like Bimmerboard, or E28... well, you get the idea.
