We have a M roadster with poor radio reception. Have taken in twice under warranty to no avail.

Got back last time and the radio had CODE WAIT on the screen. I called raising cain and I was told to bring it back in as the code is on the back of the radio (which makes no sense as the code is supposed to serve as a theft deterrant - Duh!).

So we take it back, move to the front of the line only to be told I have to leave the radio on for one hour as someone (in their service department) entered the wrong code three consecutive times). However my recption will not be any better.

Well with some serious cain raising, they have agreed to install a new radio tomorrow at 9:15AM, and they told me to wait as it will be a quick and simple R&R...we will see!
