However, the replies to the message I posted makes it very clear as to who would be the A...holes.

You see while I wasted time looking over blow hearts info that was all talk comming from out of the side of their necks. It was very easy for me to have the BTUM and the upgrade done within a DAY at my local dealer for FREE. So, all your information as I am very positive from each topic from this board and others on the internet are all a waste of time.

JUST go out and take care of your own business and leave clueless people alone. The ones that visit these boards and fill of dead air.

I would like to thank you and your staff Janice Stidom, John Ford, Silvio Castro, Richard Butcher and Felipe Gutierrez for all their help in assisting me in upgrading my 2003 745LI from the CPT8000 phone to the CPT9000 phone on May 5, 2006. I am really enjoying the bluetooth experience in my somewhat old but new again BMW. It was a pleasure working with all of you, and you made my experience at Savage BMW such a pain-free experience. I don't think I would have received the service that was provided to me from any other dealership in the world. Your staff named above made all the difference, and I know Felipe Gutierrez and Silvio Castro went through a lot of trouble to get me the upgraded retrofit for my car.

I also want to thank you for your honesty when I contacted your customer service department and simply inquired about the upgraded retrofit. The research and background was all done by your staff. I really appreciated that. I will recommend Savage BMW to anyone I know who is in the market for a new car. You were all so accommodating and I know you worked hard to get everything just right.
