Sorry to vent guys , but I was driving from work on I-95 at about 75 mph and I get pulled over. Police officer says I was doing 86 in a 55. I ask how can that be - he did not have me on radar/laser and no one there does 55 mph or under. My speedometer read 80mph and it reads about 5% over the actual speed. He said that he is just one police office and cannot pull everyone over - just me. Its near the end of the month, so he writes me a ticket and did not check off the box for "speed measurement device, nor pace, nor EBTD". How can he say I was doing 86 ? I have to take time off work to go to court and face this pig. These guys lie and say anything to cover themselves. They add no value. We could eliminate at least half of these low-lives and at least save money on our taxes.
