Subject: E65 2004 Navigation/Voice Problem

There seems to be a glitch on the 2004 DVD Nav system. Using the voice prompts, you can save a location in the Nav Address Book. Using the voice prompts, you can select the destination from the address book. It plays back your voice and asks if you want to add the destination. (Basically, the same way you save a retrieve a name/phone number from the telephone commands).

The problem is, "Select Destination" loads a blank entry into the destination list.

Has anyone successfully resolved this problem? Is there an upgrade that fixes the glitch?

Please let me know.

Thanks.
