Subject: Kicked a Golf R32's A$$! Long

Can't believe it! Another Golf R32 bites the dust!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is no B.S., I have just raced another Golf R32 with a better driver than the previous different one a earlier on last week.
The registration plate was a September 03 Golf R32.

This time I had my friend with me and I quickly told him to keep tab on the car lengths for me. And I will give you all an accurate account of the race as is possible.

It was Sunday evening and my meal was still working its way down when I went out for a drive with my friend in hope of something to kill. We circled town several times but could not find any contenders to play with.

As we were contemplating returning back to base did I see some piercing HID lights swerve left quickly into a slip road behind us to the left as I saw in my rear view mirror. With quick thinking I took the next left which joins onto the same road to see what it was. The thing that caught my attention and made my eyes light up instantly were the single muffler on each side of the rear end and then looking up did I see the "R32" badge!

Flashes of another chance to prove that I can flog the R32 was in my mind and phrases of B.S. from my 1st R32 race was already working me up and I desperately needed prove to you guys that my Baby Monster can KILL it in a swift move!

I looked over towards the driver and we both acknowledged each other and he gave me a cheeky smile as if to say to me "You know your a$$ is going to be handed to you on a silver plate!"
This guy doesn't know whats about to happen to his SMILE when my Baby wipes it clean off his face like I wipe $HIT OFF my baby's A$$! He! He! He!........

O.K. when the lights turned green I followed him as he turned left, right, left and left again and thought to myself, WTF is he doing?
As I finished cursing him did it occurr to me that he was leading me onto a well known road with multiples of traffic lights between LONG straights which racers use to race one another.

At the lights side by side with my windows slightly down did I hear him pumping his revs and car looking like its ready to lunge forwards!
I had my car in its best settings and ready to use my 1" pedal then to MAX launch!
"GREEN" my friend saw his tires twitch and smoke but I had already darted forward HALF a CL then progressed onto 1.5 then 3 CLs as I hit 70mph as I SHOUTED TO MY FRIEND HOW MANY CAR LENGTHS! for F--ks Sake!

At the next set of lights he gives me a knod of appreciation together with a look of surprise! and wanted to have another shot and I indicated that I would like to race again.

I can tell that hes PUMPING at his revs and again the lights turned green and we both launched off but again he's no match for Daddy as I leave him DUSTED to 70mph again by about 4 CL! YES! YES! as I shake my fist in the air! and shake my friends hand in celebration with tears of joy as we roll to a stop at the next lights.

There were no cars around as we chatted about our race and we agreed on one final race and to flash the brakes to signal a shut down.
He was doing something different this time in that he was rolling very slowly forward towards the line without the pumping of the revs!

O.K. I'll let him do that then! the lights turned AMBER and the CLOWN LAUNCHES FIRST! Then I reacted after him and stayed behind him until about 50mph when I started to overtake him and once again SHOUTED TO MY PASSENGER TO TAKE NOTE OF THE CAR LENGTHS FOR HEAVENS SAKE!

I carried on accelerating all the way to about 100mph and shouted "CHECK" and then came the reply "7 Car Lengths!"
That will do me I shouted as I flashed my brakes to indicate shutting down!

I waved him into the side of the road and stood outside talking about the race. He said he'd never been beatened like that before 3 times over!
I asked him about the rolling start earlier and he admitted that he wanted to see what difference that could make and hope to go home without losing the last leg of the race!

I needed to know if he was racing the $hit out of his R32 and he replied "WAS I RACING?" with a strange expression to me.
He then asked me what was my car and any mods to have thrashed him like I did!
Ten minutes of chatting and exchanging compliments did we shake hands and went home different ways!

That was one good driver knowing how to push his R32 to the max and was still able to lose "7 CL's" to me.
I mentioned in the previous R32 race last week about the 14 CL's I won, and can only think of him shutting it down earlier due to me being so far ahead to want to carry on. Although I said race to 3 figures before shutting down!

Have a nice day folks!
Jeff Wong
