The main thing I watch out for on my car is the ECU, which can get a little funked up if it gets too much water in it. I'm not sure where yours is at, it should be listed in your manual though. One time I got too much water in it and had a hard time starting it for a few minutes. I used a regular garden hose with just a spray attachment. I personally wouldn't use a pressure washer because the water is more likely to force its way into hoses/connectors/electronics and it can also blast stickers away. TRY not to douse any open connections of wires, but for me it wasn't too much of a problem.
Basically I just sprayed the cleaner everywhere (except ECU), sprayed it down, wiped it down, started it and dried it! Good luck!
