It worked very good on the whole thing, but it wasn't too dirty to begin with. The product was very foamy too. I'm sure just letting it sit on the heavy stuff them scrubbing it lightly would do the trick! But like you said, it doesn't hurt to get both, as they're only a couple dollars. I got the CD2 at Autozone too. The guy said he didn't know if they had it, but when he walked back to the section with me it was right there next to the Gunk. Hope that helps out!
