Hello,
There is a way to get CD quality audio into the 02+ 7-series. I've done it on mine. It involves having your tuner module in the driver's side c-pillar modified. Once that is modified, you flick a switch to activate a relay, and it intercepts your FM audio in your car, and gives you CD quality music. I have a Sirius Starbase unit and an Ipod hookup in my car (02 745li). This is by far the best option for the 7's. I've tried wireless and wired FM modulation, and was very unsatisfied with the results. To toggle between the inputs, I'm using a 3-way switch. Position 0 is the regular FM, position 1 is the Sirius, and position 2 is the Ipod. Please let me know if you have any questions,
