1) park car
2) open hood
2a) remove fuel pump relay and start car
3) pull intake system to the throttle body
4) remove the clip holding the diagnostic connector (if you connector is on one of the braces between the valve cover and the intake manifold)
5) remove both braces. Careful with the ones in back. The old dried out wiring for the position sensors is not as pliable as new. We lost one sensor doing this on Tammer's car.
6) fold all the stuff outta the way.
7) clip the wire ties on the fuel rail holding the harness in place
8) remove the wire clips that hold the injector connector to the connector and remove connectors
9) remove any other wiring in the way of removing the fuel rail
10) If you did 2a) remove the fuel lines to release the fuel rail
10a) if you did not do 2a) then look for a larger fuel spill when you release the fuel lines than if you did 2a)
11) if everything is outta the way, pry the fuel rail and connectors out of the car. If it does not come out, remove the clip that holds any stuck injector to the fuel rail. Then remove the rail and other injectors.

12) lube the new seals in install in fuel rail and then engine. Put everything back wahere it was and go.
