I have dealt with three companies that sell BMW Bluetooth stuff, and two were fantastic. However, Advanced Autovations is terrible! The only way I've found to get Parag to reply is to threaten contacting the credit card company. They don't answer the phone, their telephone voice mailbox is always full, and forget about your emails being answered. They took two months to reply to my initial email, and I was stupid enough to buy from them! Don't believe what they tell you about "in stock" and when they'll ship - it's bull. Back when I ordered from them, I thought they were the only company that had what I needed. I believe this is the reason they stay in business - folks just don't know were else to buy.
