I understand you were an ex-police officer. I understand you advised the police to search Bimmerboard for wrong-doers.

I choose to advise ANYONE being questioned by police for any reason to consult an attorney.

I don't know you from Adam, and you had 20 posts here a week ago. Its too late to protect you and I'm not going to post case law that may indict other users.

I do know a lot of these users personally and urged them to protect themselves them from your poor advice...

As a former MP, I'm certain you're also aware of selective prosecution, and that should any users be charged who bought in the same manner as you, it is extremely likely that you will also be charged.

The Court really does not care if you bought it off eBay or off the back of the truck.

The Court does not really care if you provided the informatin voluntarily or a search warrant provided the information.

I think we can agree to disagree on this one.
